Job summary

Nordea in Poland seeks Senior/Expert Data Scientists to design, build and scale AI solutions across Operations, with a focus on Generative AI. You will turn ideas into secure, production-grade applications delivering tangible business value.

You will collaborate with product owners, engineers and business experts to deploy RAG, LLM-powered systems, and ensure governance, security, and Responsible AI practices while mentoring teams and driving best practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in data science, ML, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Strong Python and modern AI/ML framework experience.

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Prototype, deploy, monitor production-grade AI apps.
