Job summary

Capgemini Polska seeks a Senior Data Scientist to shape the technological direction of key AI projects. You will design architectures and lead client-facing workstreams within the AI Center of Excellence, delivering scalable data engineering and Generative AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering AI systems in production.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with two major cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Strong Python with production-grade engineering mindset and clean coding practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of data and AI projects from discovery to deployment.
• Apply a wide range of techniques including statistics, ML, forecasting, optimization, and Generative AI.
• Design and deliver production-ready solutions ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Collaborate with clients, leading scoping sessions and translating requirements into deliverables.
• Communicate insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
