Allegro.eu S.A. is hiring a Data Scientist for Partner Experience Data & AI in Warsaw. You will build data-driven ML models across partner lifecycles and work with a cross-functional team to create production-ready solutions.

Role emphasizes GenAI, causal AI, and scalable AI agents, with ownership from problem framing to deployment in a hybrid work setup and strong mentorship from senior peers.

Qualifications

• Proven SQL & Python mastery with hands-on Big Data experience.
• End-to-end CRISP-DM mindset from problem framing to deployment.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests for impact.
• Strong communication bridging technical and business teams.
• Quantitative degree or solid hands-on data science experience.
• English and Polish at B2+ level or higher.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Lifecycle Modeling across the Partner lifecycle.
• Causal AI & Next Best Action for partner growth & adoption.
• GenAI & Agentic Systems integrating ML with AI Agents.
