Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced EUC support specialist for onsite office-based work. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, manage Windows and Mac environments, and support JAMF/Intune/MDM tools while ensuring high availability of end-user systems.

You will collaborate with IT teams, coordinate with vendors, and participate in incident management. The role emphasizes reliability, documentation, and proactive improvement in a dynamic, hybrid-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in desktop or IT support.
• Detail oriented; follow and/or establish policies and procedures.
• Good problem-solving and initiative.
• Excellent communication with internal customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to colleagues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
• Monitor and maintain desktops, laptops, and OS configurations.
• Administer JAMF, Intune, and MDM related tasks.
• Maintain security, backups, and incident logs.
• Document knowledge and support activity for future reference.
