Job summary

Civitta, a global consultancy, seeks a Senior Tender Manager to lead EU tender processes and manage end-to-end submissions across multiple frameworks. You will coordinate international consortia, ensure strict compliance with donor guidelines, and drive market research to identify opportunities.

The role combines leadership, strategic tender management, and collaboration with cross-border teams, offering hybrid work and international project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in tender management.
• Deep understanding of PRAG guidelines and EU Financial Regulation.
• Ability to manage the lifecycle of an EU tender from EoI to final offer.
• Experience coordinating international consortia and handling administrative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end preparation of complex EU tender applications with 100% compliance.
• Manage frameworks and subsequent applications to call-offs.
• Coordinate communication within the team and with partner companies within frameworks.
• Search for in-house and external experts and maintain partner relationships.
• Monitor and analyse tender lists published by international donor organisations.
• Submit tenders and maintain subscriptions to submission platforms.
• Prepare and update tender submission status in the database/dashboard.
• Conduct market research to identify potential tenders and consortium partners.
