GitLab is the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, trusted by 50M+ users and Fortune 100 companies. As a Senior Program Manager in the CIO Enterprise Technology & AI team, you will lead cross-functional programs that advance our enterprise IT strategy.

You'll translate strategic objectives into roadmaps, coordinate governance, and deliver measurable outcomes while collaborating with Finance, Legal, Product, and Security across a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

6+ years of program management experience delivering large cross-functional Enterprise Technology & AI programs.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for large-scale Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives, including scope, roadmaps, resources, and delivery tracking.
Define and communicate clear success metrics and report status and risks to ETA leadership.
Partner with stakeholders to understand problems, outcomes, and trade-offs.
Drive cross-functional alignment and manage dependencies across distributed teams.
Improve program governance, intake processes, and ways of working across CIO org.
Translate complex requirements into actionable work plans for technical and non-technical audiences.
Anticipate risks and mitigate blockers to keep programs on track.
