Ledgy is seeking an Engineering Manager for the agent and developer platform to lead infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, security posture, and platform capabilities used by thousands of employees globally.

You will partner with our CISO, report to the Head of Engineering, and shape security strategy as AI transforms our threat landscape. You’ll stay hands-on, work with Terraform, and mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• Have 3+ years experience in Engineering Management and 6+ years as a Software Engineer, with meaningful time spent in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Leading a team of platform engineers, setting technical direction and enabling them to do their best work.
• CI/CD & Developer Experience: Build fast, reliable pipelines and optimise workflows for human and AI agents.
• Infrastructure & Observability: Manage GCP, Terraform, monitoring, and alerting with defined SLOs.
• Security Partnership: Collaborate with the CISO to implement security strategies for regulated fintech environments.
• AI Infrastructure & Agent Platform: Build foundations for human and AI agent collaboration, including audit logs and sandbox environments.
