Zusammenfassung

BMC Software seeks an experienced professional to deploy and customize agentic AI in customer environments, from on‑premises to hyperscalers and OpenShift. You will own features end-to-end, build integrations with enterprise systems, and support pilots across regions, traveling as required to ensure success.

You’ll bring 8–13 years of experience, strong Python skills, and expertise in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift to drive practical AI adoption in mission-critical environments.

Qualifikationen

• 8–13 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Python and software-engineering fundamentals; LLM/RAG/agents/prompt engineering literacy.

Aufgaben

• Deploy, configure, and customize BMC’s agentic AI in customer environments (on‑prem, hyperscaler, or OpenShift).
• Take ownership of features and integrations end to end; adapt to evolving requirements.
• Build integrations with customer systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Support proofs-of-concept and pilots; remove blockers; keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with customers across regions/time zones; travel as needed.
