BMC Software seeks a hands-on engineer to deploy and customize its agentic AI in customer environments, including on-prem, hyperscaler, or OpenShift. You will own features end-to-end, build integrations with cloud platforms, and work directly with customers across regions, traveling as required.

Qualificações

• Typically, 5–9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Python and software-engineering fundamentals; familiarity with LLM/RAG/agents.
• Containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and CI/CD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; travel readiness.
• End-to-end customer delivery ownership for AI or complex enterprise software.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, configure, and customize agentic AI in customer environments (on-prem, hyperscaler, or OpenShift).
• Take ownership of features and integrations end-to-end, even when requirements are evolving.
• Build integrations with customer systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Mentor peers on customer engineering practices and communication.
