Roche is seeking an AI Integration Architect to lead enterprise integration strategy and hands-on architecture across API-driven, real-time data platforms. The role focuses on MCP/A2A, agentic AI workflows, and secure, scalable data pipelines in a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in integration architecture, experience with core enterprise platforms, and a proactive mentorship mindset to guide teams through modern AI-enabled integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Integration Architect/SME.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Snowflake and Veeva.
• Hands-on knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols for AI integrations.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (Pharma/Healthcare) is a plus.
• Hands-on expertise in AI ecosystems and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern integration standards and reference architectures.
• Design, standardise, and govern MCP servers and API integration architectures.
• Deliver low-latency streaming pipelines on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with Data & AI teams and stakeholders; mentor engineers.
• Prototype PoCs to validate agentic integration patterns and AI workflows.
