Job summary

BMC Software Poland is seeking an experienced engineer to deploy and customize agentic AI in customer environments (on-prem, hyperscaler, or OpenShift). You will own end-to-end features, build integrations with cloud platforms, and translate field learnings into product improvements.

You will collaborate with customers across regions, mentor peers, support pilots, and drive practical engineering standards in CI/CD and testing while balancing security, time-to-value, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Eng, or related field.
• 5–9 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Python and AI tooling.
• Enterprise systems/API integration; cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Containers/Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Deploy agentic AI in customer environments (on-prem, hyperscaler, or OpenShift).
• Own features and integrations end-to-end; adapt to evolving requirements.
• Build integrations with customer systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Support pilots; resolve blockers; keep stakeholders informed.
• Mentor peers and influence product/engineering priorities.
