Job summary

Box is seeking a Senior Engineering Business Operations Manager focused on EMEA. You will guide planning, reporting, and KPI tracking for engineering teams and partner with Product, Engineering and Finance to align resources and initiatives. The role emphasizes scalable processes and data-driven decisions.

You will drive OKR tracking and prepare leadership materials, ensuring accurate reporting across EBOS and Build stakeholders, with a minimum 3 days per week in the assigned office.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or tech operations.
• Proven ability to lead planning cycles and reporting.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own optimization strategies to improve workflows.
• Lead planning and reporting for EMEA engineering teams.
• Build dashboards to track KPIs and OKRs.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and finance on alignment.
• Support ad-hoc EBOS projects for scale and growth.
