The role combines strategic cloud infrastructure ownership with hands-on technical depth, mentoring senior engineers, and building a high-performing engineering org. You will drive multi-region, multi-cloud architecture, IaC governance, and cost optimization while partnering with Security, SRE, and product teams to deliver world-class, self-service
Qualifications
- Experience leading a multi-team engineering org across countries and time zones.
- Experience turning cloud infra strategy into roadmaps, OKRs, and headcount plans.
- Hands-on engineering leadership with architectural review and coding involvement.
Responsabilités
- Champion an AI-first engineering culture and integrate AI agents and tooling.
- Drive FinOps and cloud spend optimization across the org.
- Own IaC strategy and build reusable, scalable system patterns.
- Architect for global presence with multi-region and multi-cloud strategies.
- Lead and grow a Krakow–US engineering team with a focus on self-service builder experience.
