Job summary

InPost Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Payments & Checkout. You will own an expanding engineering organization, driving technical excellence and architecture decisions within the Pay domain.

You will develop leaders, promote AI-enabled engineering practices, and collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable fintech solutions across Europe.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical background in Java ecosystem (Spring Boot) or equivalent stack.
• Experience leading multi-team engineering organizations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and scalability of payment, checkout, and sales products.
• Lead an engineering org of ~24–25 engineers across 3 teams.
• Develop Engineering Managers and senior engineers; build leadership pipeline.
• Set technical standards across the domain and align with stakeholders.
• Shape AI adoption strategy and measure business impact.
• Define domain KPIs, OKRs, SLAs and improve delivery metrics.
• Represent engineering in strategic, cross-functional talks.
