Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to lead and manage Employee Relations activities in Poland. You will provide guidance on employee issues, performance management, policy interpretation, and labor relations matters, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders.

The role requires conducting investigations, engaging with Works Councils and Unions, and collaborating with HR centers to ensure compliant, consistent policy application.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Employee Relations and HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Polish employment law and labor relations.
• Experience with Works Councils and Unions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and coaching on employee relations matters.
• Lead complex HR, compliance, ethics, and legal investigations.
• Partner with Works Councils and Unions on negotiations and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Guide managers on performance improvement and documentation.
