Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to lead and manage Employee Relations activities in Poland. You will provide guidance on employee issues, performance management, policy interpretation, and labor relations matters, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders.

The role requires conducting investigations, engaging with Works Councils and Unions, and collaborating with HR centers to ensure compliant, consistent policy application.

Formación

• 8+ years of Employee Relations and HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Polish employment law and labor relations.
• Experience with Works Councils and Unions is an advantage.

Goal of function: As an Employee Relations Advisor, lead and manage Employee Relations activities in Poland by providing expert guidance on employee issues, performance management, policy interpretation, and labor relations matters. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, conduct investigations, engage with Works Councils and Unions, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to ensure consistent application of company policies, compliance with labor regulations, and effective resolution of complex workforce and stakeholder issues. This is an individual contributor role with broad cross-functional partnership responsibilities across the business and may require occasional travel (10-30%) to support employees and business needs.
