Job summary

SQUAD in Poland seeks a top technical embedded systems expert to lead the design, architecture, and development of highly complex software solutions. You will provide strategic direction, oversee technical roadmaps, and guide teams through challenging embedded software engineering tasks.

The role requires deep experience with C/C++, Python, RTOS, and hardware integration, along with strong debugging and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with RTOS and bare metal microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of peripherals and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
• Experience with debugging tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
• Experience with Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize embedded software for hardware platforms.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure software quality and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for integration and testing.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs to ensure system stability across environments.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools and methodologies to improve performance.
