Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced embedded C++ developer for industrial control systems. You will work on a high-level software layer for communication and integration across hardware platforms, focusing on architecture, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements include 5+ years in C++, RTOS and embedded systems, plus strong English/Polish skills. You will collaborate across teams and navigate a large codebase in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of C++ development experience.
• Experience with embedded systems and RTOS.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP and OSI model.
• Ability to debug embedded devices.
• Fluent English and Polish; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing software for communication modules of industrial devices.
• Refactoring and testing existing solutions.
• Collaborating with the development team to define and evaluate solutions.
• Cooperating with other teams on software functions and product direction.
• Navigate a large codebase and communicate in Polish and English.
