Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced electrical and mechanical assemblers to join our Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center in Kraków. You will coordinate assembly teams, report progress to supervisors and clients, and assist with offers while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Foreign travel up to 70% is required. Ideal candidates hold technical vocational education, a category B license, and can read technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly or electromechanics.
• Availability for foreign trips 70% of the year.
• Ability to organize team work and report progress.
• Technical vocational or industry education.
• Category B driving license.
• Ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of assembly teams within project implementation.
• Report work progress to supervisors and clients.
• Support the preparation of effort estimation for offers.
• Verify the quality of completed work.
• Supervise and enforce health and safety regulations and internal client requirements.
• Support the device commissioning process.
