Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced electrical and mechanical assemblers to join our Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center, a specialized team executing projects in electrical and mechanical assembly for intralogistics and bottling sectors in an international environment.

You will coordinate assembly teams, report progress to clients, assist with offers, ensure quality, enforce safety, and support commissioning on site, with travel up to 70% of the year.

Qualifications

• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly or electromechanics.
• Availability for foreign trips 70% of the year.
• Ability to organize team work and report progress.
• Technical vocational or industry education.
• Category B driving license.
• Ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the work of assembly teams within project implementation
• Reporting work progress to supervisors and clients
• Supporting the preparation of effort estimation for offers
• Verifying the quality of completed work
• Supervising and enforcing health and safety regulations and internal client requirements
• Supporting the device commissioning process
