Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced electrical and mechanical assemblers to join our Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center, a team delivering complex projects for intralogistics and bottling sectors in an international setting.

You will coordinate assembly teams, report progress to supervisors and clients, assist with effort estimation for offers, verify work quality, enforce health and safety standards, and support device commissioning. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English communication.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical assembly or electromechanics.
• Willingness to travel internationally 70% of the year.
• Ability to organize team work and report progress.
• Read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the work of assembly teams within project implementation.
• Reporting work progress to supervisors and clients.
• Supporting the preparation of effort estimation for offers.
• Verifying the quality of completed work.
• Supervising and enforcing health and safety regulations and internal client requirements.
• Supporting the device commissioning process.
