Job summary

Sii is recruiting experienced electrical and mechanical assemblers for our Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center. You will work on projects in intralogistics and bottling sectors, often in an international environment.

The role includes coordinating teams, reporting progress to clients, and helping with offers and commissioning. A strong English skillset and 5+ years in related assembly work are required.

Qualifications

• English proficiency is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly or electromechanics.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 70% of the year.
• Ability to organize team work and report progress to supervisors.
• Category B driving license and ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of assembly teams within project implementation.
• Report work progress to supervisors and clients.
• Support preparation of effort estimation for offers.
• Verify the quality of completed work.
• Supervise and enforce health and safety regulations and client requirements.
• Support the device commissioning process.
