Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced electrical and mechanical assemblers to join our Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center in an international environment. You will coordinate assembly teams, report progress to clients and supervisors, and assist with offers and commissioning processes.

Requirements include English proficiency, at least five years in electrical assembly or electromechanics, and willingness to travel up to 70% of the year.

Qualifications

• English communication is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly or electromechanics.
• Willingness to travel abroad 70% of the year.
• Ability to organize team work and report progress.
• Technical vocational or industry education.
• Category B driving license.
• Ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of assembly teams within project implementation.
• Report work progress to supervisors and clients.
• Support effort estimation for offers.
• Verify the quality of completed work.
• Supervise health and safety regulations and client requirements.
• Support device commissioning process.
