Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced electrical and mechanical assemblers to join our Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center, a specialized team delivering projects in electrical and mechanical assembly. We work with intralogistics and bottling clients on international projects.

You will coordinate assembly teams, report progress to supervisors and clients, and support offers with effort estimation. We offer a generous bonus system, per diems, workwear and tools, travel accommodations, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly or electromechanics.
• English language communication.
• Willingness to travel abroad 70% of the year.
• Ability to organize teams and report progress.
• Technical vocational or industry education.
• Category B driving license.
• Ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of assembly teams within project implementation.
• Report work progress to supervisors and clients.
• Support the preparation of effort estimation for offers.
• Verify the quality of completed work.
• Supervise and enforce health and safety regulations and internal client requirements.
• Support the device commissioning process.
