Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Health & Safety professional to implement safety duties under relevant ordinances, design standards, and analyze accidents. The role involves preparing reports, communicating with management, and supervising machine acceptance and non-conformities with the project team.

Ideal candidates have minimum 2 years in HSE, knowledge of regulations, and a university degree, with English at least B2, and strong teamwork abilities.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in health and safety services.
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations.
• University education.

Responsibilities

• Implement duties under the Occupational Safety and Health Service Ordinance.
• Participate in the design and implementation of standards to improve occupational safety.
• Conduct quarterly and annual accident analyses.
• Prepare reports and effectively communicate information to management.
• Assist in acceptance of machines and machine assemblies and supervise non-conformity elimination by the project team.
• Co-create job-related risk assessments.
• Take active measures to build awareness of occupational health and safety.
• Promote a culture of occupational safety and environmental protection, with emphasis on innovative solutions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health and safety services
