Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Health & Safety professional to join our team in Wroclaw. You will implement duties under the Occupational Safety and Health Service Ordinance and help design standards to improve safety across our facilities.

Key duties include conducting accident analyses, preparing reports for management, and participating in machine acceptance while leading non-conformity resolution. You will promote safety awareness and environmental protection with innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health and safety services.
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations.
• University education.
• Good knowledge of English with a minimum of B2.
• Ability to easily establish relationships and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of duties under the Occupational Safety and Health Service Ordinance.
• Participate in design and implementation of standards to improve occupational safety.
• Conduct quarterly and annual accident analyses.
• Preparing reports and effectively communicating information to management.
• Participate in the acceptance of machines and machine assemblies, and supervise the elimination of non-conformities by the project team.
• Co-creation of job-related risk assessments.
• Taking active measures to build awareness of occupational health and safety.
• Promoting a culture of occupational safety and environmental protection, with an emphasis on implementing innovative solutions.
