Job summary

Signify is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety and Operational Security Specialist to ensure the facility complies with EHS and security standards. The role involves leading the EHS program, coordinating with regional and global teams, and working with external providers to enhance safety and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and continuously developing the EHS program and the Operational Security policy.
• Ensuring the facility’s compliance with applicable legal regulations and corporate requirements related to occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and physical security.
• Developing and implementing procedures and standards related to physical security and infrastructure protection.
• Coordinating projects aimed at improving safety and implementing new technical and organizational solutions.
• Cooperating with regional and global EHS and Security teams to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinating cooperation with external contractors, consultants, and service providers in the areas of environmental protection, health and safety, and physical security.
• Supporting investment projects, environmental assessments, and initiatives related to the development of the facility’s infrastructure.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and initiating actions to further improve safety and organizational compliance.
