Job summary

Radiometer is seeking an EHS Specialist located in Stargard, Poland. This on‑site role, with hybrid options, focuses on safeguarding workers and the environment while supporting the Facilities department.

You will report to the Associate Director Facilities, EHS, Calibration, contributing to compliance and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in a similar role, strong English (B2), knowledge of Polish labor law and fire safety procedures, and solid interpersonal skills to

Qualifications

• Min. 3/4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Knowledge of Polish Labor Law, Fire Safety Procedures & Regulations.
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining environmental and health and safety standards in the plant.
• Proactive approach aimed at building awareness in occupational health and safety.
• Cooperation with internal departments and external institutions in environmental and health and safety.
• Co-creating detailed environmental safety instructions for the factory.
• Cooperation with management in health and safety.
• Preparation of reports, analyses, and summaries in accordance with Polish law.
• Performing internal audits.
