Job summary

Nmierp is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to lead client engagements across Poland. You will analyze business processes, design solutions, and drive full ERP implementations, including configuration, data migration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

The role requires 5+ years with Dynamics BC/Nav as a functional consultant or ERP analyst, strong business-process knowledge, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV as a functional consultant, implementation specialist, or ERP analyst.
• Thorough knowledge of business processes - finance, logistics, production, sales, warehousing.
• Ability to conduct pre-implementation analyses and document requirements.
• Experience in project work and effective collaboration with teams and clients.
• Excellent command of English for reading technical docs and communicating with international clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to manage priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ business needs and design solutions based on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Manage full ERP implementation cycles from pre-implementation analysis to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with development teams, analysts, and project managers to achieve project goals.
• Configure and customize systems to meet customer requirements (including AL/Extensions).
• Conduct workshops and training sessions and create user documentation.
• Analyze and resolve users’ issues within the system.
