Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our growing technology services team delivering complex digital transformation projects for international clients. You will combine deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and software development with strong leadership to guide project teams from concept to deployment.

In this role you will design and implement solutions, drive quality through testing and documentation, and ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a consultative/advisory role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CE 1st Party Applications, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Strong SDLC knowledge with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, guiding them through complex concepts.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions based on accurate estimates and thorough planning.
Excellent leadership skills to guide project teams.
Advanced level of English.
Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

Leading the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications to meet client needs.
Quality assurance through testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes.
Producing clear and concise technical documentation to support delivery workloads and facilitate handovers to clients or third parties.
Identifying gaps in customer requirements and designing solutions that complement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
Implementing solutions with a focus on security, quality, budget, scalability, flexibility, and longevity.
Utilizing broad programming experience with high competency in Visual Studio, C#, and other relevant languages to develop solutions.
Managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including the use of Azure DevOps for backlog management and source control.
Writing user stories and acceptance criteria, breaking them down into tasks, and estimating accordingly throughout the project lifecycle.
