Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM & Azure Lead Developer to own large-scale enterprise solutions for a global financial institution. You will design, customize, and integrate CRM platforms within secure banking architecture.

Responsibilities include tailoring Dynamics 365 for Sales, building Azure-based integrations, and implementing robust, tested code. The role requires strong C/JavaScript skills and hands-on Azure experience in a hybrid, Kraków-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales implementations (8+ years) and participation in multiple full life cycle projects.
• Proficient in interfacing Dynamics CRM via the CRM SDK.
• Ability to customize CRM to meet complex requirements.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Canvas Apps).
• Strong NET stack familiarity (.NET 4.6.2).
• Excellent C and JavaScript programming skills.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Azure application development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience integrating with other systems using Azure technologies.
• Test-driven development, unit testing, and mocking.
• Experience with NUnit and Moq frameworks.
• OAuth 2.0, MSAL authentication/authorization.
• Git source control proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business requirements and customize Dynamics 365 for Sales to deliver enterprise functionality.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations connecting CRM with external systems using Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Develop custom business logic, plugins, workflows, and Canvas Apps/Pages across Microsoft stack.
• Write clean, maintainable code with robust unit tests and automated mocks.
• Ensure code security, performance, and alignment with enterprise banking standards.
