Indero is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to provide senior leadership, oversee a high-performing PM team, and ensure high-quality delivery across clinical studies. You will align delivery with strategy, SOPs, and global regulatory requirements, while scaling processes for growth.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in a field relevant to clinical project management.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical research and project management within biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the Project Management function.
• Oversee KPIs, resource planning, and program delivery.
• Develop and mentor PMs and ensure staff development.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize delivery.
