Job summary

Indero is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to lead the Project Delivery function across Europe. This senior role oversees PMs, ensures high-quality clinical delivery, and partners with cross‑functional teams to scale operations in a global CRO setting.

The position supports a remote work model and may require travel up to 10%. You will mentor PMs, drive process improvements, manage KPIs, and ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, Health Canada and FDA guidelines while aligning with

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in a field relevant to clinical project management.
• PMP certification an asset.
• Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in clinical research and project management.
• Demonstrated leadership and line management experience, preferably within a CRO.
• Strong leadership, judgement, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams, sponsors, and external partners.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Knowledge of GCP, and Health Canada and FDA regulations/guidelines.
