Allegro.eu S.A. in Warsaw seeks a senior analytics leader to guide commercial decisions across all markets and align analytics teams. You will build a semantic layer, drive new technologies, and lead a 20-person analytics organization with 2-3 direct reports.

You will mentor teams, present to the Executive Team, and shape a roadmap from descriptive to predictive analytics while fostering cross-functional collaboration across Allegro's analytics communities.

• Proven track record leading analytics teams in a commercial setting.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent leadership and presentation skills for executive audiences.
