Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to craft exceptional digital experiences across automotive and mobility projects. You will bridge UX and UI, lead end-to-end design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will define user journeys, refine visual design, and contribute to scalable design systems while maintaining brand cohesion across multiple clients and channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, mobility, or complex consumer digital environments.
• Ability to lead design autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• End-to-end product designer with UX strategy to high-fidelity UI.
• Experience across multiple brands and visual identities.
• Proficient in translating user research into insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of accessibility and conversion principles.
