Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage production and development environments across Microsoft Azure and DigitalOcean, ensuring scalable, reliable operations.

You will design CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and maintain monitoring, with a focus on security, compliance, and Microsoft 365/Intune administration.

The role offers a dynamic, international project environment in Poland, with modern offices and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure engineering.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and production cloud environments.
• Expert in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and 365 admin tasks.
• Experience managing Linux and Windows servers, networks, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Proficient in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Solid security knowledge and best practices, incl. incident response.
• Ability to own critical platforms and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage production and development environments across Microsoft Azure and DigitalOcean.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Exchange Online.
• Implement Windows Autopilot, device lifecycle management, and compliance policies.
• Monitor security events, respond to incidents, and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and support vendors and users.
