Job summary

Ascendion in Poland is looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to develop and manage a modular data platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. The role includes SRE support across Production and multiple environments, and designing secure CI/CD pipelines.

You will architect Hybrid Infrastructure (Azure Cloud + On-Prem) and leverage serverless functions and containers for data processing. Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to enable scalable, secure infrastructure and provide

Qualifications

Experience with IaC using Terraform and Ansible.
Architect and design cloud data platforms.
Implement secure CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps practices.
Architect solutions across Hybrid Infrastructure (Azure + On-Prem).
Hands-on with serverless architectures for data pipelines.
Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to enable scalable infra.
Provide deployment guidance across Azure services.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Data Platform infrastructure in a modular, reusable format using IaC.
Provide SRE support for the platform across environments including Production.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with strong security practices (DevSecOps).
Architect and manage solutions across Hybrid Infrastructure (Azure Cloud + On-Premises).
Leverage Serverless Functions and Containerization for data processing logic and pipelines.
Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to enable secure, efficient, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
Provide consulting and hands-on deployment support across Azure Services.
Ensure seamless application and data flow across distributed systems.
