Job summary

Directio Sp. z o.o. is seeking a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer to join a project for our international client. You will own platform security, Azure AKS deployments, and CI/CD pipelines while migrating from monolith to services.

You will strengthen security practices, support ISO 27001 efforts, and collaborate with auditors and customers. Fluent English required; Warsaw-based with on-site work.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
• You have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes/AKS in production environments.
• You have hands-on security engineering experience and ownership of security processes.
• You have practical knowledge of ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks.
• You have experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• You are fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• You will run and maintain the platform with Azure, AKS, deployments, upgrades, incident response, and on-call support.
• You will build and operate infrastructure for migration from monolith to services, including CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• You will manage external attack surface, track internet-facing assets, and address vulnerabilities.
• You will integrate security into delivery pipelines, including scanning and config checks.
• You will establish and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 security baselines and IAM practices.
• You will manage the vulnerability management end-to-end and coordinate fixes.
• You will support ISO 27001 certification efforts with compliance and audits oversight.
• You will provide technical input for security questionnaires and customer/audit discussions.
• You will support external pen-testing activities and ensure findings are addressed.
• You will automate security and operations processes to improve reliability and security.
