Job summary

Aptitude is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Wrocław to join the platform engineering and operations team. You will work on building and maintaining reliable, secure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows to support a SaaS product used by clients worldwide.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, participate in on-call rotation, and help optimize cloud costs while applying DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering or SRE with at least 2 years in Azure.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform/OpenTofu.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (GitHub Actions, Kargo) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS).
Strong understanding of Azure services and cloud architecture best practices.
Experience in monitoring, incident response and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain reliable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Carry operational responsibility for infrastructure management, monitoring and incident response.
Apply DevSecOps principles with security team to meet compliance standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams on cross-team projects and knowledge sharing.
