EPAM Systems, Inc. in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team delivering innovative, cloud-based financial services solutions. You will design and maintain IaC for Azure, AKS, and related components, and drive CI/CD improvements in a hybrid work setup.

Applicants should have 3+ years of hands-on DevOps with Linux, Azure, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps with a technical background.
• Linux systems and shell scripting expertise.
• Azure Cloud expertise including Azure CLI and ARM/Bicep templates.
• IaC tools such as Ansible experience is required.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitLab proficiency.
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (K8s).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, Kotlin, PowerShell.
• Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Knowledge of security best practices and Terraform is a plus.
• English at B2 level or higher; AZ-900 certification is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IaC for Azure cloud (AKS, NSGs, DBs, VMs).
• Modernize and optimize infrastructure using best practices.
• Evaluate and integrate tools to streamline processes and improve scalability.
• Engineer scalable, reliable, and secure solutions from scratch.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to remove bottlenecks and improve workflows.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
