Batgroup is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the Warsaw-based engineering team operating in a hybrid/remote setup. You will manage AWS infrastructure, design CI/CD pipelines, and build automations to improve productivity while ensuring security and reliability.

Experience with Kubernetes (preferably EKS), AWS, and CI/CD tooling is essential. You will work with a modern AI-assisted development workflow and collaborate with seasoned engineers to deliver robust, scalable systems in a

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Commercial experience with Kubernetes, ideally EKS.
• Solid AWS experience and willingness to master AWS.
• Proven CI/CD automation experience with GitHub Actions or similar.
• Observability expertise with ELK Stack or similar.
• Cloud security mindset and secure architecture focus.
• Code and scripting literacy to read and debug code.
• Strong problem-solving and maintainable solution delivery.
