Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, and on-premises DevOps. You will work with stakeholders in the UK and Poland to design, implement, and optimize build, deployment, and observability tooling across environments.

The role requires deep experience with Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, and OpenTelemetry, along with scripting in Python, Groovy, or Bash. Internal mobility and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in DevOps and hands-on expertise in CI/CD
• Infrastructure-as-code: Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
• On-premises DevOps experience essential
• Experience with monitoring/observability: Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry
• Experience with containerization: Docker and Kubernetes
• Code quality and security scanning: SonarQube, SAST/DAST
• Languages: Python, Groovy, Shell, Java, or similar; scripting strong
• Collaboration with release management for multi-environment releases

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with industry-standard tools
• Manage Git repositories, branching strategies and merges
• Configure and maintain Maven build and dependency management
• Integrate and manage code quality and security scanning tools
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Develop automation scripts (Shell, Groovy, Python) for build and deployment
• Implement observability using Prometheus, ELK, and OpenTelemetry
• Coordinate with release teams to plan and execute releases
• Monitor and troubleshoot builds, deployments, and production environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement of release processes and toolchains
