Job summary

Luxoft Poland, a leading engineering services firm, seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD platforms and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with Development, QA, Security, and Operations to raise delivery efficiency and platform reliability.

The role requires strong cloud-native experience, hands-on Java background, and practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC tools.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years IT experience with a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE focus.
• 3+ years hands-on with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Develop IaC solutions using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Integrate automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Establish observability with logging, metrics, tracing and alerts.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to enforce security standards.
• Create documentation for pipelines, architecture, and operations.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment models.
• Develop automation tools and internal developer tooling.
