Luxoft in Poland is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines. You will work with stakeholders across the UK and Poland and must have on-premises DevOps experience. You'll containerize with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes, and implement observability using Prometheus and ELK.

Strong scripting and IaC skills (Ansible, Terraform) are essential. This role emphasizes collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement of release

Qualificações

• 9+ years in DevOps with hands-on CI/CD experience.
• Strong Linux system administration skills (RedHat).
• Proficient in IaC: Ansible, Terraform, Puppet.
• Experience containerizing apps with Docker and orchestrating with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of code quality and security tools (SonarQube, SAST/DAST).
• Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
• Proficient scripting in Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Hands-on with Git-based workflows and CI servers (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with industry best practices.
• Maintain Git repositories with branching strategies.
• Configure build/dependency management (Maven).
• Integrate code quality and security scanning tools.
• Containerize apps and manage Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop automation scripts (Shell, Groovy, Python).
• Implement observability using Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate with release teams to coordinate production deployments.
• Troubleshoot builds, deployments, and production issues.
• Improve release processes and runbooks.
