Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Manage code repositories (Git) with branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based).
• Configure build and dependency management (Maven or equivalent).
• Integrate code quality and security scanning (SonarQube, SAST/DAST).
• Containerize applications with Docker; orchestrate with Kubernetes.
• Develop automation scripts in Shell, Groovy, Python for build/deploy tasks.
• Implement observability with Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
• Coordinate releases across environments with release management teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot builds, deployments, and production issues.
• Improve release processes, toolchains, and runbooks.

Project Description:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines . You will be working with stakeholders across the UK and Poland and must to have hands-on expertise in Ansible and on-premises DevOps is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools and best practices.
• Manage and optimize source code repositories (Git), including branching and merge strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based, etc.).
• Configure and maintain build and dependency management using Maven (or similar tools).
• Integrate and manage code quality and security scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, SAST/DAST) as part of DevSecOps.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Groovy, and Python for build, deployment, and operational tasks.
• Implement and support observability solutions using Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate with release management teams to plan, coordinate, and execute application releases across environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in build, deployment, and production environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of release processes, toolchains, and operational runbooks

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Programming in either of one language: Python/ Perl/ Power shell/ Bash /Java/Angular JS/ Spring.
