Job summary

Nordea Group Technology seeks a Senior Engineer for a full-time permanent role in Poland. You will contribute to refactoring legacy code for current platforms and build end-to-end CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with agile teams to deliver robust DevOps solutions.

The role emphasizes DevOps culture, automation, and AI-enabled improvements, working across Linux/Windows, cloud, and containerized environments. A strong focus on reducing legacy and delivering value is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Spring Boot and NodeJS/Java development.
• Strong Linux and Windows admin in cloud/containerized env.
• CI/CD experience using Tekton, ArgoCD, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the Agentic AI rollout refactoring legacy code for current platforms.
• Build CI/CD pipelines to support end-to-end development.
• Collaborate in a technical environment to reduce legacy and improve customer value.
• Develop a DevOps culture within service domains and enable independence.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize Agentic AI solution and provide feedback.
