Job summary

Nordea Group Technology in Poland is hiring a DevOps Engineer to design and operate automation for infrastructure and middleware provisioning. You will build end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and containerized platform services for developers and stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate across teams, review code daily, mentor juniors, and drive modernization using Tekton, Argo CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and OSB/Oracle WebLogic Server in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience Platform Engineering / DevOps.
• Unix systems experience (shell scripting).
• Knowledge of networking in cloud environments.
• Oracle WebLogic and/or OSB/SOA experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build CI/CD systems to support end-to-end pipelines for developers and teams (using Ansible, Python, Jenkins, Tekton, Argo CD).
• Create automation for application servers and middleware provisioning and for service deployments.
• Develop new middleware features on container platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Conduct regular code reviews and commit changes daily.
• Mentor and pair-program with junior team members.
