About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design/Developer (React & UI/UX) who will join a project for our client from the financial services sector. This role combines UX leadership, design system ownership, and hands‑on front-end engineering. You will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, and developers to create enterprise‑grade portal experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and scalable.

The role is hybrid - 3 days a week from the Client's office in Warsaw.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end UX process, from requirements gathering and discovery workshops to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Define and govern UI/UX standards, design systems, and interaction patterns across portal applications.
• Architect and develop reusable React.js and TypeScript components while setting technical direction for the front-end team.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, design feedback, and best-practice guidance in UI/UX and React development.
• Drive accessibility, usability testing, and continuous improvements based on user feedback and business needs.

What we are looking for

• 14+ years of software or product design experience, including 8+ years of hands‑on React.js and TypeScript development.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and extensive experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into responsive, accessible, production-ready user interfaces.
• Hands‑on knowledge of modern front‑end architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and reviewing code.
