• 6+ years of React.js development for enterprise-scale front-ends.
• Strong React.js and TypeScript experience.
• Knowledge of modern front-end patterns and state management.
• Ability to read and faithfully implement designs from Figma.
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Basic WCAG accessibility understanding.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop front-end features using React.js, TS, and Design System.
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared libraries.
• Collaborate to ensure pixel-accurate implementation of designs.
• Integrate front-end with REST APIs / microservices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot UI defects and production issues.

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer with strong React.js expertise to build and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end features for client facing Portals. The ideal candidate combines solid engineering fundamentals with a working UI/UX sensibility, ensuring designs are implemented faithfully while flagging usability or consistency issues early. You will work closely with the Senior Design/Developer and backend teams to deliver modular, maintainable front-end solutions.

• Work mode: Hybrid in Warsaw (3 times per week from office)
• Salary: Up to 180 PLN net+VAT/h (B2B) / Up to 21 500 PLN gross/month (Temp)

Requirements:

• At least 6+ years of experience with React.js development and enterprise-scale front-end applications
• Strong React.js and TypeScript development experience
• Solid understanding of modern front-end architecture patterns (component-based design, state management e.g. Redux/Context API)
• Working familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) — able to read, interpret, and faithfully implement designs
• Experience integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs
• Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Exposure to containerized application environments and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Micro Frontend concepts (Module Federation)
• Basic SQL/database knowledge
• Financial services or transfer agency domain exposure

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop front-end features using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling, per approved designs and the Design System
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries
• Collaborate with the Senior Design/Developer to ensure pixel-accurate, design-faithful implementation
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs / backend microservices
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects and production issues
• Support automated testing (unit/integration) for front-end code
