Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced Senior Design/Developer (React & UI/UX) to lead enterprise portal experiences in the financial services sector. The role blends UX leadership, design system ownership, and hands-on frontend engineering in a hybrid Warsaw setting.

You will work with stakeholders, designers, and developers to deliver accessible, scalable interfaces, mentoring the team and setting front-end direction while embracing modern CI/CD and containerized workflows.

Qualifications

14+ years in software or product design.
8+ years hands-on React.js and TypeScript.
Expert Figma usage and design systems experience.
Ability translate business needs into responsive UI.
Knowledge of modern front-end architecture, CI/CD, and container tech.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX process from discovery to wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
Define UI/UX standards, design systems, and patterns across portals.
Architect and develop reusable React components; set front-end direction.
Mentor developers via code reviews, design feedback, and best practices.
Drive accessibility, usability testing, and continuous improvements.
